We started functioning from August 2015 after knowing the increase in disability due to pain among the people of Delhi and knowing the need for improving the quality of life and fitness of these people. After being more than 10 years in field of pain management, our specialists have come out with a method of alleviating pain by integrating the best possible physical and neurophysiological methods available around the world. All pains don’t respond well with NSAIDS and other medications. They always need supporting hands and multidisciplinary approach. Understanding the pain phenomena and neurophysiology is very important which our specialists are very good at. Our specialists are trained in techniques like Graded motor imaging, desensitization, Myofascial release, CBT, dry needling and craniosacral therapy which could help treating chronic pain problems. Treating chronic pain becomes our USP. We are experts is in management of Musculoskeletal disorders (MSD’s). MSD’s are musculoskeletal problems that are not caused by trauma, fall or any other such major insult to the tissue but leads to pain and severe discomfort. They are usually work / activity related and are difficult to diagnose and treat. We do a holistic assessment and treatment of these problems with help of manual soft tissue, joint and nerve mobilizations, dry needling, posture correction and exercises etc. Our experts are certified ergonomists and can deal well with ergonomics related problems as well. We also do physiotherapy management of all sports injuries, other orthopedic and neurological problems including stroke rehabilitation, CP rehabilitation. We do take care of post-operative rehabilitation as well.
